We have heard there is some confusion regarding the closing of the Council Service Center in Everett. Below is the latest information.
- Council Service Center and Trading Post
- The physical location will cease office operations on February 14, 2025
- Office and staff phone numbers and emails will stay the same
- You can find a list of contact information on the Staff Directory page of the website.
- Trading Post Operations
- NEW – Special temporary Trading Post hours will be announced on February 18th.
- In-person Trading Post services will be available with limited hours beginning on February 19th and running until mid-April.
- We encourage people to use the online store
- Access the online store by visiting MountBakerScouting.org and selecting Shop from the top menu
- Order processing for online orders may be delayed through mid-April.
- We encourage Blue and Gold orders, Court of Honor orders, or other time sensitive orders to be placed as soon as convenient to facilitate timely delivery
- Once the move is complete, we expect that online orders will go back to their normal 3 business day processing time
- Council Staff Operations
- Council Office Staff will be performing their duties remotely
- Best practices on how to contact the staff will be sent out next week
